Just a quick note this morning- The Chemo went really well. I can't really tell that I had it. I'm sure as time goes on I'll feel it more, but right now I'm in prep- mode. Getting all the "supplies" I may need when my energy level is not as good as it is now. You know, Hats, scarves, skin creams, etc. It is nice to know that I didn't start out with side-effects right off- means my body is strong still!
I've decided to go ahead and cut my hair. Seems the right thing to do all around. I thought my mother was going to have stroke when I told her, She's been bugging me for 10 years or more to cut off all my hair! So she's gonna pay for it ( Gladly, she says!) and she's even springing for some highlights, to give me a ego boost! I'll try to post a pic of the new me when it's done .
Well, off to run errands. My neighbor is having laser eye surgery, and I promised to take her down. I had volunteered weeks ago, and she said now with everything she wouldn't hold me to it but, as we all know: I don't make promises I can't keep!
