Monday morning stuff!
Does this look familiar to you all? Hubby saw this in the newspaper yesterday, and asked if I had sent a pic of our house to the paper!lol! Not to far off really, as the kids had their stuff scattered over the entire livingroom!!!!!!
We had a wonderful Christmas. Becky got enough "Happy Bunny" stuff to keep her happy for ages. Andy got his Gamecube, and Kimmie her V-Smile. Dad got his PC games he wanted, and has been working on them since yesterday ( hence my absence here!). I got the usual- Perfume, a new gargoyle ( named him Lestat!) But the biggest was the last gift. I was the last in line to open, and everyone looked at me with big smiles. I was thinking, ok, maybe a portable CD player ( I borrow my Becky's to take to Chemo ) I opened the top, looked down at the box........ and LOST IT!
It was a U2 IPOD!!!!!!!!! Where in the HE** did he get the money????!! I swear, I had to leave the livingroom and go get the Kleenex, I was so blown away! I wanted one, sure- but I know what they cost, and never even hinted as a joke that he should get one for me!! I still look at it and just can't believe I have it in my hand! I spent the rest of Christmas just floating. God, I love my husband! I guess he's earned a couple of years worth of brownie points, HUH?! I have to spend some time today figuring out how to work it. I loaded all my mp3's on Christmas morning, but I have to arrange everything and program it proper.
It's 42 degrees outside this morning, so I'll probably just hang for awhile, and wait for it to warm up before I venture outside. I hope you all had a merry, and have a great day!!! Peace, KC
