TGIF!
Nothing much to report. I have to work today, and I'm tired already! Hopefully my boss is working the evening shift, as he is the most likely to let me go early if I'm dragging at the end of the day. But I have to keep my hours above 30 to keep my benefits, so I can't just back out entirely.
Sat down last night and did our taxes. Looks like a nice little check coming our way in a couple of weeks! I'm gonna put a chunk of it in the savings, and the rest will pay off some bills, and some in my "Mad Money Jar". Maybe we'll have enough left over to take the kids somewhere fun. It costs so much to get into the theme parks around here, Just to walk in the doors cost around $275! And that doesn't count food, drink and trinkets! That's nearly a week's salary for me. So we don't go often. But they've been through so much with me lately, they deserve a treat.
And as it is Friday, A giggle for you all! Have a great day! Peace, KC
